We ask for a small, non-refundable deposit to secure your order before we cut the wood.

If you find a fault with your furniture, then a replacement will be offered.

We cannot offer refunds if the item has been damaged in any way or if the customer changes their mind.

We always want our customers to be happy so will try to come to a resolution if problems arise.

Please bear in mind that we are a small business and our furniture is bespoke to each customer.
